The members of the Sysadmin server role should be kept to a minimum because this role gives system administrator rights to all its members.
Review the members of the sysadmin role. Ensure that each of these members should have system administrator rights to the SQL Server.
Important: If you are running Small Business Server (SBS) 2000, you will need at least one local Administrator account in the sysadmin server role to use SQL Enterprise Manager on the server.
